How do you wrangle twenty-plus outfits, three different party themes, and a city full of tacos into a single view? With planning that spanned multiple dress codes—country, denim & diamonds, a disco day— the itinerary had to stay clear even after a round of Ranch Waters.

Design Notes:

• One-color “bandana blue” palette keeps the page calm while the weekend gets wild.

• Disco cowgirl + foodie icons mark pit-stops at Barton Springs, Rainey Street and our late-night house party.

• Bold slab-serif headlines feel a little Nashville, hand-script subheads keep it bride-friendly.

• Wavy divider lines = lasso rope that breaks the day into bite-size blocks—useful when the group chat is moving faster than the actual plan.

Result

A compact guide that tells the crew where to be, celebrates Austin’s laid-back sparkle, and looks cute enough to scrapbook long after the party is over. 🤠💎
